The Thug is a third character who appears in the Swarthy Hog Inn in King's Quest V. His name is not given.
Background[]
He is one of three-rough looking men (including the Innkeeper) deep in a serious conversation. Talking in low tones that Graham couldn't quite hear what they were saying.
Another thug is member of the Brat Catpack bandits in Llewdor.[1][2]

Behind the scenes[]
Thug refers to two characters in the script files; thug 1 and thug 2. He is also known as one of the Pals in the KQ5 hintbook. The other one is better known as Innkeeper's Pal in the cd-rom credits.
This character does not appear in QFG5 on the NES.
