Sin is form of character traits, and a manifestation of Evil, and often negative emotions.

Sin is associated with Satan, and sinners may end up in Hell. Lucreto was known as the sinner for breaking the Mask of Eternity. Where the sinner couldn't go he would send his monstrous forces. Lucreto coveted all, and brought on sin during the cataclysm.

Gregor Samsa was a man turned into a cockroach for the sin of wasting his life.

Telgrin's sins grew ever darker as he ruled the Floating Castle.[1]

It has been said that following his life King Graham ended up in Hell for whatever unknown sins. The dead King was tortured and tormented by skeletons and demons in Hell.[2]

Some believe there is no virtue in being stubborn, after all [[hope] has fled.[3]

Behind the scenesEdit

To a certain degrees sins are probably tied to certain Green Islander interpretations of emotions. Some emotions like anxiety can keep a person from entering the Realm of the Dead.

Throughout the King's Quest series it seems that generally speaking there are a number of 'sins' that essentially correspond to the 'seven deadly sins', although there are others as well.

Not all forms of 'pride' are necessarily bad, but hubris certainly is. Not all 'desire' is necessarily bad, but many are.

Certain forms of sin can be associated with two or more other forms of sin. For example jealousy ties to both wrath and envy.

Sloth is the little mentioned or not mentioned at all, but sin of laziness is a few times.
