It is a place of banishment outside of Nonsense Land and Falderal in the mind of the Arch Duke.
Of course this could all be in the jury's imagination. However new realms have popped into existence for much less by the dreaming of dreamers. If they don't exist at the moment, they will on some tomorrow.[1]
