Olkiphon is a magician and wizard.
Background[]
Olkiphon was the former master of Cyril. When it was discovered that Cyril had the power, his parents and the village elders brought the child to the wizard for training, so that he would not become dangerous in his ignorance. The young apprentice spent years of study under his tutelage before he was passed onto Morowyn. Olkiphon showed Cyril many things, and taught him many things. These were treasures beyond any estimation. Olkiphon made sure that Cyril was well grounded in the fundamentals of magic before he went onto study under the new wizard.[1]
