Humanfolk (aka human folk, aka humankind) is generally the term that is used when separating Humans (homo sapiens) from other races that evolved alongside humans (other human sub-species such as giants, and some fairy/faerie races). The other races of beings who evolved alongside humanity include: the dwarfs, elves, gnomes, giants, and fairies.
