In the files this character is sometimes referred to as Hannibal, perhaps full name Hannibal Nibbler. If you talk to him twice, he will quote from 'The Silence of the Lambs'. In the Russian version of the game, his name was changed to Mr. Capybar Cracker, which is even more reminiscent of Hannibal Lecter[1].
