It is the home of Alexander (KQGS) and Cassima (KQGS) the rulers of the land and their daughter Gwendolyn.
People from the Green Isles are known as the Green Islanders. They are a free spirited people who are concerned with their ice-caps melting.
The Isles of Logic is located here, and is the home of the winged ones (KQGS). Graham (KQGS) once had a sorcery battle with the winged ones. Winged ones may teach at The Academy there.

Behind the scenes[]
The Green Isles did not get mentioned in the new King's Quest series at least not directly. There is no context as to where they are located possibly anywhere from the cold north or the cold south, in or near the Isles of Logic, and/or Enchanted Isles (KQGS). It’s
However, it would appear to be alluded to in Chapter 1 as the land in which Gwendolyn travelled to Daventry from with her parents.
Of course the event portrayed on the Tapestry in Gwendolyn's bedroom of her father encountering a Minotaur took place in the islands.
Finally the The Dangling Participle (KQGS) an inhabitant of the islands is well known book reviewer outside of the isles. In this universe it appears that the isles were well known long before events of KQ6.
The reference to the Isles of Logic appears to be a reference to the Cliffs of Logic and the Isle of the Sacred Mountain where the Winged Ones live.
There is a reference to the "Green Islanders" and climate change. This might actually be a double joke at people from Greenland.
There is an unused line that makes reference to the Cliffs of Logic. “What are these? Cliffs of logic?"
