In woodland faery speech it is called e'llaiomenheae...A spell that creates a magical trap that drains energy from the one it holds. Karn Megiddo had cast the spell on himself in order prepare himself for the great spell by draining his own energy so that it could be combined with the energy that Kuzgu was draining off the other victims in the castle, and allow him to absorb it all at once. The actions of King Graham however destroyed the spell, and ended Karn's plans.[1]
